If you receive an email from AInvest about a security alert, here's what it means and how to act.

What triggers a security alert

  • A sign-in from a new device or location
  • Multiple failed password attempts
  • A password change initiated from your account
  • A new brokerage being connected

If it was you

No action needed. The email is informational so you have a record.

If it wasn't you

  1. Click Secure my account in the email — this signs out all devices.
  2. Reset your password to something new and unique.
  3. Turn on two-factor authentication: Settings → Security → Two-factor.
  4. If a brokerage was connected without your permission, disconnect it from Settings → Brokerages.
  5. Contact support@ainvest.com so our team can review your account.

Report a phishing email

AInvest will never ask for your password by email. If you receive a suspicious message, forward it to security@ainvest.com and delete it.
