If you receive an email from AInvest about a security alert, here's what it means and how to act.
What triggers a security alert
- A sign-in from a new device or location
- Multiple failed password attempts
- A password change initiated from your account
- A new brokerage being connected
If it was you
No action needed. The email is informational so you have a record.
If it wasn't you
- Click Secure my account in the email — this signs out all devices.
- Reset your password to something new and unique.
- Turn on two-factor authentication: Settings → Security → Two-factor.
- If a brokerage was connected without your permission, disconnect it from Settings → Brokerages.
- Contact support@ainvest.com so our team can review your account.
